RESCU ONLINE BANKING FEATURES

  • Account and Spending Summary

  • *Free Detailed Checking, Savings, Money Market, Certificate and Loan Online Statements

  • *Free Check Copies

  • *Free Online Bill Pay

    *If information is older than 2 years the information may not be available online and will require member service fees for research and copies

  • Account transfers from Your RESCU Account or to another RESCU Account (Must Have Member Number)

  • Secure Messages to Add, Update or Change: Address, Email, Phone Numbers or Add Travel Notes, converse with credit union about transactions or questions about your account. Live Chat During Business Hours

Remote Deposit Services

  • Available 24 hours a day, 7 Days a Week

  • This Service is Available to Members 18 Years and Older

  • Account Must Be Good Standing and Older than 90 Days

  • Must have RESCU Mobile App to access this service, if you do not have the option on your mobile app, call the credit union. This service can be activated in seconds

  • Checks Must be Properly Endorsed

    Proper Endorsement for Remote Deposit Checks

  • Checks Must be Endorsed and Include “For Remote Deposit only at RESCU”

  • No Paid over or Third-Party Checks

  • Email, Mailing Address, Phone Numbers and Driver Licenses of Account Holders Must Be Current

    Additional Suggestions

  • Place Check on a Dark Background

  • Ensure Good Lighting and the Check is in the Photo and All the Edges of the Check are in View

  • Make Sure Check has not Already Been Deposited

  • Retain Copy of the Original Check for 20 Days for Processing, Destroy After

If You are Not Set Up or You are Locked Out of Your Account, Call the Credit Union at (509) 327-3244 Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5pm and a Member Service Representative will Assist You with Resetting Your Password or Security Questions. RESCU Reserves the Right to Revoke or Restrict RDC Service. You will be Notified via Secure Message if Revoked or Restricted.
