RESCU Mobile Banking

With mobile banking you have access and control of your accounts any time of the day on your cell phone, tablet, or other mobile device. Mobile banking offers the same services and features as traditional online banking but with a simple and streamlined format for your mobile device.

Most mobile devices use the Android or iOS Operating System (see the note below). If you have one of these mobile devices, you can take advantage of the convenient RESCU Mobile App. Follow the instructions below to download the app on your iOS or Android compatible device. With the app, you have direct access to log on to mobile banking, along with simple navigation for mobile content such as rates, messages, loan applications, links, contact information, etc.

If you have an Android or Android Compatible device:

• Log in to the Google Play Store.

• In the Search bar, type “Responders Credit Union.”

• Select the Responders Credit Union App.

• Install the App on your device.

If you have an iOS or iOS Compatible device:

• Log in to the iOS App Store.

• In the Search bar, type “Responders Credit Union.”

• Select the Responders Credit Union App.

• Install the App on your device.

If you do not have an iOS or Android Compatible device:

• Go to any page on the RESCU website.

• Find the “Online Banking Login” widget at the top of the page.

• Enter your username and password in the fields and tap “Login.”

Note: iOS is a mobile device operating system created and owned by Apple Inc. If you have an iPhone, iPad, or other Apple mobile device, it likely uses the iOS operating system. Android is a mobile device operating system owned by Google; many cell phones, such as those produced by Samsung, LG, Google, Moto, etc., use this operating system. There are other less popular operating systems (such as Blackberry and Windows, etc.); some of these are compatible with Android or iOS. The compatible systems will use the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store, and the mobile app will likely work on those devices. If not, users of these less popular systems should use the Online Banking “Login for Mobile Devices” option on the RESCU website.
